In Tomb Raider III
In Tomb Raider III the Rocket Launcher is found for the first time in either the level Madubu Gorge or Aldwych, depending on to which location the player goes first.
Rockets serve as ammunition for the Rocket Launcher, and they're rather rare as they're not found often in the game. This results in the ammunition being very limited.
The Rocket Launcher fires one rocket per shot, and must be reloaded after.
Reloading is fairly quick for this type of weapon (Lara just cocks a lever on the side of the tube) and no other weapon in the game inflicts as much damage. Very accurate and usable to extreme long range, this weapon is best employed against large enemies such as the monsters in Antarctica or bosses.
In The Lost Artifact
The Rocket Launcher makes its return in the add-on The Lost Artifact. It's fist found in the level Shakespeare Cliff.
Appearance, functioning and the ammunition are same as in Tomb Raider III.
In Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light
In Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light the Rocket Launcher is found in the level Belly of the Beast. Its properties are the following:
