The Rocket Launcher is a powerful weapon first used in Tomb Raider III, and can be accessed in Tomb Raider Legend with the use of a code.
Lara first finds it in Aldwych, and must support it on her right shoulder, even whilst shooting. The ammunition is very rare and limited. The launcher fires one rocket per shot, and must be reloaded after.
Reloading is fairly quick for this type of weapon (Lara just cocks a lever on the side of the tube) and no other weapon in the game inflicts as much damage. Very accurate and usable to extreme long range, this weapon is best employed against large enemies such as the monsters in Antarctica or bosses.
