The Lost Island Section is the last of the four sections in Tomb Raider Anniversary.
It takes place on the Lost Island and consists of remakes of the levels of the original Tomb Raider.

Story

After escaping the grip of Kold Kin Kade and avoiding getting killed by Jerome Johnson and Larson, Lara hitchhikes a ride from Natla to the Lost Island by hiding on Natla's Yacht, where Natla heads with her henchmen to start the Seventh Age.
