Lost Island is a location Lara visits in the original Tomb Raider (where it's known as Atlantis) and its remake Tomb Raider Anniversary.

After avoiding getting killed by Natla's thugs, Lara must race after Natla and her henchmen to stop them from using the Scion's powers.

Tomb Raider Anniversary

After escaping the grip of Kold Kin Kade and avoiding getting killed by Jerome Johnson and Larson Conway, Lara hitchhikes a ride from Natla to the Lost Island by hiding on Natla's Yacht, where Natla heads with her henchmen to start the Seventh Age.
