Green Lizards

The Green Lizard is an opponent Lara meets in Tomb Raider III in the South Pacific levels, at the Madubu Gorge and the Temple of Puna. The lizards have poisonous breath, and an attack by one can be fatal, unless you use a medipack or medi crystal (on the PC version).
Rumour
Eidos-released screenshots that suggest that similar lizards (twice the size) in Tomb Raider Underworld in the Thailand levels.
