Guardian of the Kingdom
The Guardian of the Kingdom is an opponent in The Golden Mask. He is very much like the Guardian of the Talion encountered in the Ice Palace Tomb Raider II, except for that it's a dark golden colour instead of grey and partially wears a golden armour.
It's attacks are the same. It is important that Lara keeps moving and away from it. It is recommended to use a powerful weapon.
This opponent makes two appearances in the game.
The first time is in its natural habitat in the Kingdom. In this level you can find a chamber with a magical bridge in which you can capture the Guardian and take him out easily.
The second time is in a hotel in the Nightmare in Vegas - Bonus Level, where it is locked in a cage. Lara needs to free and kill it to finish the level.dn:Wächter des Königreichs
