Adrenaline Dodge is a new move that appeared first in Tomb Raider Anniversary. You can't make an Adrenaline Dodge on small animals such as rats but you can make it on big opponents. Adrenaline Dodge is very useful for defeating bosses like the T-Rex, Centaur Bosses, Legless Mutant and Natla.
How to do an Adrenaline Dodge
On PC
Step 1: Shoot the enemy until it's enraged ( when the creature roars and charges at you).
Step 2: When the image gets blurry, press any directional key + crouch/roll button.
Step 3: When a red crosshair appears, only then you need to shoot.
On PSP
Step 1: Shoot the creature until it's enraged.
Step 2: When the screen gets blurry, move your analog key in any direction you want followed by the crouch/roll button.
Step 3: Shoot only when the red crosshair appears.
