Judith Gibbins provided the voice of Lara Croft in Tomb Raider III and Tomb Raider III. She is also the voice of Sophia Leigh.
In 2001 she was described as "Judith Gibbins, 36, an amateur actress and mother from Ilkeston." [1]
Judith's brother Martin is credited in the games as a programmer, but this had nothing to do with Judith getting the job [2].
