Tihocan, one of the triumverate, the three sacred rulers of Atlantis along with Qualopec and Natla. Together they created the Scion, a device of immeasurable power and the ultimate power source of Atlantis.
Biography
Tihocan along with Qualopec both sentenced Natla to eternal imprisonment for misusing her power of the Scion in an attempt to create genetic mutations and for using the army of Atlantis against them. He and Qualopec were present at her incarceration in present day New Mexico, USA. In Anniversary Tihocan was the one who summoned the ice to imprison Natla in contrast to a machine used in the original game. They then sealed her piece of the Scion within the city of Khamoon in a sanctuary.
After the destruction of Atlantis, he escaped to the Greek Isles. He established a civilization of antiquity and tried to keep rule over the barren lands. He (allegedly) died and was supposed to be buried in a tomb along with his piece of the Scion. On top of his tomb lay layers of huge complex composed of a Cistern, Palace dedicated to the Phyrgian King Midas, an Amphitheatre and a monastery. It is ambiguous to whether Tihocan constructed this complex. The door to his tomb is guarded by two Atlantean centaurs that resemble statues, but which are revived when the tomb is opened.
Appearence
His original appearance shows a man wearing a helmet with a visor illuminating his eyes green and covering his face. He wears his piece of the Scion around his neck and is dressed in dark Atlantean garbs. In Anniversary his face is shown and his dress is more extravagant.

St. Francis Folly
St. Francis is supposed to have visited Cyprus [1], one of the possible sites for Tihocan's tomb (one which would have been left above water despite the drowning of Atlantis by a flood, if that is what happened).
