The Rolling Spike Ball is a trap in the Tomb Raider and Lara Croft Games.
In the Classic Games
The Rolling Spike Ball can be found in Tomb Raider IV: The Last Revelation and The Times Exclusive. It is a modified version of the Rolling Ball, only with spikes. Like with any boulder-like trap they are only dangerous if Lara gets caught underneath them, so get out of the way quickly.
