The Medals Reward is an Expedition Card Gift in Rise of the Tomb Raider.
Like all gifts it can be found if you choose "Marketplace" from the main menu and switch to the tab "Gifts".
There are a variety of Medals Rewards for all kinds of fulfilled goals.
5 Expedition Medals
Card pack awarded for earning 5 expedition medals.
