A Max Health Upgrade is a Pickup in Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris. It looks like a green cross within a green circle.
When Lara or any of her companions in Multiplayer mode collect the Max Health Upgrade, the Health Bar gets longer so that the player can take more damage from enemy fire. Also, the Health Bar is instantaneously refilled to the maximum value.
A second kind pick-up, the Max Ammo Upgrade, extends the amount of Ammo the character can carry, thus enabling him or her to deal more damage over a longer period of time by using high powered weapons.
In Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light the Max Helath Upgrades are simply called Health Upgrades.
