The Circuit Board is an item found in the Opera House, in Tomb Raider II. It is found below the left of the stage, in shallow water.
In order to reach it, Lara has to first activate the Elevator, using the Relay Box, take the lift down, where she meets two Fiamma Nera Killers, send the lift back up and get into the water underneath it. The chamber underneath the left part of the stage is then found on the left.
The Circuit Board is needed in the Control Room. Using it will alter the appearance of the stage and enable Lara to get in the area behind it.
