Guardian of Semerkhet is a level in The Last Revelation.
This level is basically a continuation of the Tomb of Semerkhet where Lara must now escape the Sphinx Bull, a large metallic bull. This bull is representative of the god Apis, and is determined to chase down the intruder. The level comprises of a series of puzzle rooms and then a long corridor - at the end you must trick the Guardian into helping you escape. This level is noticeably more drab in style than the exotic and colourful Tomb of Semerkhet, but it's only a place to pass through to find an exit after all. There is however, a rather intriguing map of Ancient Egypt; useful too, as it helps you escape out of the tomb.
