Tomb Raider IV: The Last Revelation
The Rolling Spike Ball can be found in Tomb Raider IV: The Last Revelation and its unofficial add-on The Times Exclusive. It is a modified version of the Rolling Ball, only with spikes. Like with any boulder-like trap they are only dangerous if Lara gets caught underneath them, so get out of the way quickly.
Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris
There are a lot of spiked throughout Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris. These can for example drop on the unsuspecting player during cave-ins or hit Lara while swimming in a stream of water.
