Lara encounters several Bunnies (or Rabbits) in the reboot games:
Tomb Raider (2013)
There are a lot of bunnies on the island after she is shipwrecked in Tomb Raider (2013). She can shoot them with her bow and skin them for some XP.
Rise of the Tomb Raider
In Rise of the Tomb Raider the Bunnies make a reappearance. They can be hunted for Hides and +10 XP. They are fairly common around Siberia and come in two varieties, white snow bunnies and brown common bunnies.
In the Geothermal Valley there are also some rabbits strung up on ropes that can be cut down. These are part of the Challenge Hung Out to Dry.
