Another bug is the switch cover bug. As if the London Level Thames Wharf wasn't buggy enough, you can also skip opening the covers for the switches. These tricks will also work at other locations. Just try them. But here are two examples. Different covers, different tactics:
Rooftops
On the rooftops by the lift the following will work:
Shimmy to a place above the cover.
Let go and you will drop straight through and end up standing inside the cover.
By pressing action you can use the switch inside.
Waterchambers
Down by the waterchambers you will find two covers where the shimmy over trick won't work. However one - the one with the red flashlight - can be overcome by another simple trick.
Stand in front of the cover.
Make a roll to end up standing inside the cover.
Turn around to face the switch.
Press Action to use the switch.
