The Mafioso Boss is a baddy Lara meets a few times in Tomb Raider 2.
Lara meets him for the first time in the Opera House in the Venice Part.
He then appears again in Lara's house and she needs to kill him to finish the game.
He shoots with 2 Revolvers.
