The Green Lizard is an opponent Lara meets in Tomb Raider III, in the South Pacific part, in the Madubu Gorge and Temple of Puna levels. And Tomb Raider Underworld in Thailand, but these will be twice the size as a normal Lizard.
It has a poisonous breath. Meaning even one attack by them can be fatal unless you use a medipack or medi crystal (on the PC version).
