These Statues with Knife Blade (or Sword Swinging Statues) can be found in Tomb Raider II. They are in the levels Bartoli's Hideout and Temple of Xian.
You have to wait for the right moment to run past. These statues are very annoying on Temple of Xian because of the noise they make when you approach them, once they are activated you will hear the annoying noise for most of the level afterwards.
