The Collapsible Beams are a special case of the Collapsible Floor trap within the Tomb Raider Games. The major difference is that Lara has to move carefully on the beams as they do not cover a full floor tile but are very narrow.
One place where this trap occurs is in the rafters within St. Aicard's Church in the Parisian Ghetto in Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Angel of Darkness.
