It consists of many different decayed temples, chapels and other buildings, which were built during 2055 BC to 30 BC. [1] Nowadays the area serves as a vast open-air museum and it is believed to be the second most visited historical site in Egypt, the first being the Giza Pyramids near Cairo. [2]
