The Mapper is a puzzle element found in The Last Revelation, in the level Guardian of Semerkhet.
The mapper is activated by inserting the Golden Vraeus into a receptacle on the wall. A laser-pointer will come out of the mapper and move over a model of the sphinx, the pyramids and other Egyptian landmarks. It will point at a pyramid, which then opens and reveals the Guardian Key to Lara.
The Mapper has also been used in Custom Levels, e.g. Mystery of Eden.
