A '''Max Health Upgrade''' is a [[Pickup]] in [[Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris]]. It looks like a green cross within a green circle.

When [[Lara]] or any of her companions in [[Multiplayer]] mode collect the Max Health Upgrade, the [[Health Bar]] gets longer so that the player can take more damage from [[Enemies|enemy]] fire. Also, the Health Bar is instantaneously refilled to the maximum value.

A second kind pick-up, the [[Max Ammo Upgrade]], extends the amount of [[Ammo]] the character can carry, thus enabling him or her to deal more damage over a longer period of time by using high powered weapons.

In [[Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light]] the Max Helath Upgrades are simply called [[Health Upgrades]].
