In each Tomb Raider Game there is a '''Trainings Level'''.

In Tomb Raider 1-3 and the Gold Expansions you could visit [[Lara's Home]], which you could explore and where you could learn Lara's Moves.

In [[Tomb Raider 4]] the first level serves as trainings level. You have to play as young Lara and are guided through the moves by [[Werner VonCroy]].

In [[Chronicles]] you will find a [[Backstage Area]] in the first level, the [[Streets of Rome]], where you can learn Lara's Moves.

In [[Angel of Darkness]] Lara will explain her new moves to you in the first level [[Parisian Backstreets]].
